Jennifer lives in historic Richmond, surrounded by the Fraser River delta. Most inspired by beauty encountered unexpectedly, her work reveals a love of nature, and a fascination with the ability of light to transmute the everyday into something remarkable. Raised in a family of notable BC artists, her creative foundations were enhanced by studies in art and design at the University of Victoria, British Columbia institute of Technology, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. This year marks three decades since her first gallery exhibition. In that time Jennifer has garnered recognition, international collectors, and elected membership with both the Society of Canadian Artists and as a Senior Member and President of the Federation of Canadian Artists. A dedicated advocate for the Arts, Jennifer embraces opportunities to strengthen the art community and foster greater appreciation and engagement.
